Analysis of Blood Lactic Acid in Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的探讨血乳酸对急性有机磷农药中毒病情程度的评估以及预后的判断.方法：回顾性分析了87例急性有机磷药物中毒患者入院后第1天、第2天、第3天的血乳酸水平,按照临床表现及血胆碱酯酶活性检查结果分为3组,即轻度中毒组、中度中毒组、重度中毒组,并与健康人血乳酸水平进行比较.结果：重度中毒组血乳酸水平明显高于对照组、轻度中毒组、中度中毒组,且均存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）.重度中毒组中死亡组血乳酸水平高于生存组,存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：重度AOPP患者血乳酸水平明显升高,测定血乳酸水平有助于AOPP患者的病情评估及预后判断.

ObjectiveTo explore the prognosis and the evaluation of the severity in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning by the level of blood lactic acid level.Method：A survey was conducted to investigate the level of lactic acid in eighty-seven patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.The patients were divided into 3 groups depended on Clinical manifestations and serum ChE activity,including Mild poisoning group, moderate poisoning group, severe poisoning group, healthy people as the control group.Result：The level of lactic acid in severe poisoning group was higher than the other groups, and there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. In severe poisoning group , the levels of lactic acid in death group were higher than the survival group （P 〈 0.05）.Conlusion：The levels of lactic acid were significantly elevated in patients with severe AOPP, and serum lactic acid levels were helpful to the evaluation the severity of AOPP and prognosis.
