华蟾素注射液联合高乌甲素治疗中度癌痛的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Huachan element injection combined with Lappaconitine for pain on moderate cancer pain

目的探讨华蟾素注射液联合高乌甲素治疗中度癌痛的疗效.方法：将70例患者随机分为两组,实验组（35例）接受华蟾素注射液＋高乌甲素治疗,对照组（35例）接受高乌甲素治疗,观察用药7d后两组的镇痛疗效及体力情况.结果：用药7d后实验组的癌痛缓解率为82.8%,对照组为60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.实验组和对照组KPS改善率分别为57,1% 和31.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：华蟾素注射液联合高乌甲素可以控制中度癌痛;华蟾素注射液联合高乌甲素治疗可作为临床治疗中度癌痛的一种较理想的选择.

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of Huachan element injection combined Lappaconitine on moderate cancer pain.Methods：A total of 70 patientswere randomly divided into two groups.The experiment group（n=35）received Huachan element injection combined with Lappaconitine,and the control group（n=35）received only Lappaconitine. The efficacy and physical situation were observed 7 days after treatment.Results：The experimental pain relief rate was 82.8%, the control group was 60%, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The experimental group and control group KPS improvement rate were 57, 1 % and 31.4%,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Huachan element injection combined Lappaconitine can control the moderate cancer pain which serves as a better therapeutic choice for pain on moderate cancer pain.
