综合护理干预对提高乳腺癌手术患者生活质量的影响观察

目的探讨综合护理干预对提高乳腺癌手术患者生活质量的影响.方法：选取2014年9月-2015年9月我院收治的乳腺癌手术患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,给予对照组患者常规护理干预,给予观察组患者综合护理干预,并在1年内对患者进行随访,观察两组患者的临床疗效.结果：观察组患者的生活质量评分明显优于对照组,组间数据差异明显（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义,另外,观察组患者在术后1月、4月、7月、1年的抑郁状况评分均优于对照组,组间数据差异明显（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义.结论：综合护理干预能够明显提高乳腺癌手术患者的生活质量,可以有效改善患者的抑郁情况,值得推广.

Objective to study the comprehensive nursing intervention to improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods： to choose in September 2014 - September 2015 our hospital 88 cases of patients with breast cancer surgery, 44 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients＇ routine nursing intervention, gives the comprehensive nursing intervention group patients, and within a year of follow-up, in patients with to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results： the quality of life score in observation group of patients was better than control group, there was data differences between groups （P 〈 0.05）, statistically significant, in addition, the observation group of patients after surgery in January, April, July, 1 years of depression status score were superior to control group, there was data differences between groups （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer surgery, can effectively improve the patient＇s depression, is worth promoting.
