临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中的应用分析

目的对临床护理路径在甲状腺手术患者中的应用进行分析.方法：选取100例行甲状腺手术患者,随机将其分为对照组与护理组各50例,对照组采取传统护理,护理组采取临床护理路径.结果：在健康知识掌握、引流时间方面,护理组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.在治疗费用、住院时间、术前等待时间方面,护理组明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）.护理组的护理满意度为96.43%,对照组为80.93%.护理组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：对行甲状腺手术患者采取临床护理路径,能使患者术后护理质量得到明显提升,提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值.

Objective The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid surgery were analyzed. Selection methods： From April 2013 to July 2013, 100 patients who underwent thyroid surgery were its randomly divided into control group （50） and nursing group（50） , control group adopts the traditional nursing, nursing group to clinical nursing path, compared two groups of waiting time, preoperative nursing quality, patient satisfaction, cost of treatment, and the length of time. Results：The mastery of the knowledge in health and drainage time, the nursing group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the cost of treatment, length of hospital stay, and preoperative waiting time, nursing group significantly less than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Satisfaction with nursing satisfaction was 96.43%, the control group was 80.93%. The nursing group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Line of thyroid surgery patients to take clinical nursing path, can make patients postoperative nursing quality were improved significantly, improve nursing satisfaction, have clinical application value.
