探析痔疮围手术期患者应用舒适护理的临床效果

目的探析痔疮围手术期患者应用舒适护理的临床效果.方法：本次研究对象均选自我院2014年7月至2015年7月接收治疗的痔疮患者中,利用数字随机法抽取120例,分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例,其中,对照组60例患者采取常规的护理方法,研究组60例患者采取舒适护理,分析对比两组患者的临床护理效果.结果：护理后,研究组患者护理总有效率为98.33%,护理满意程度为98.33%,对照组患者护理总有效率为86.33%,护理满意程度为83.33%,研究组患者护理满意程度与有效率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,比较具有统计学意义.结论：对痔疮患者的围手术期进行舒适护理,护理效率显著,并且能够有效提升护理满意程度,减轻患者的疼痛感,缓解患者的消极情绪,具有较大的应用价值.

Objective to explore hemorrhoids perioperative application of comfortable nursing in patients with clinical effect. Methods： the subjects were chosen self court in July 2014 to July 2015, receiving treatment of hemorrhoids patients, 120 cases by using digital method of random sampling, divided into control group and research group, each group of 60 cases, among them, the control group of 60 cases of patients with routine nursing methods, take the comfortable nursing team of 60 patients, comparing two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results： after nursing, patient care team of the total effective rate was 98.33%, satisfaction with care was 98.33%, total effective rate was 86.33%, control group patients nursing care satisfaction was 83.33%, the team patients satisfaction with nursing care and efficient were superior to control group （P 〈 0.05）, compared with statistical significance. Conclusion： in patients with hemorrhoids perioperative comfortable nursing, nursing efficiency significantly, and can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the patient＇s pain, relieve the patient＇s negative emotions, has great application value.
