舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果

目的研究舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果.方法：利用数字随机方法,从我院2014年7月至2015年7月接收治疗的普外科腹腔镜患者中,随机抽取120例作为本次研究对象,分作对照组及研究组,每组各60例,其中,对照组60例患者采取常规的护理,研究组60例患者采取舒适护理,分析对比两组患者的临床护理效果.结果：护理后,研究组患者护理总有效率为98.33%,护理满意程度为98.33%,对照组患者护理总有效率为86.33%,护理满意程度为83.33%,研究组患者护理满意程度与有效率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,比较具有统计学意义.结论：对普外科腹腔镜患者采取舒适护理,能够有效提升护理效率及满意程度,值得在临床上进一步推广运用.

Objective to study the intervention effect of comfortable nursing in general surgery laparoscopic surgery. Conclusions： laparoscopic in general surgery patients take the comfortable nursing care, can effectively improve nursing efficiency and satisfaction, is worth popularizing in further clinical application.
