老年人工股骨头置换术临床护理探讨

目的探讨人工股骨头置换术患者的临床护理方法和效果.方法：选取我院收治的人工股骨头置换术患者72例,按照不同护理方法分为两个组别,其中对照组（常规护理）、试验组（整体护理）各36例.观察并发症情况,评估护理满意程度.结果：试验组护理满意35例（97.2%）,术后并发症发生2例（5.6%）;对照组患者护理满意29例（80.6%）,术后并发症发生8例（22.2%）.P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论：针对人工股骨头置换术患者,实施整体护理具有积极意义,能够提高护理满意程度、减少术后并发症,值得临床推广.

Objective： to study the clinical nursing of patients with artificial femoral head replacement method and effect. Selection methods： our hospital of 72 patients with artificial femoral head replacement, according to different nursing methods are divided into two groups, control group （usual care）, experimental group （overall care） 36 cases. To observe complications situation, evaluate satisfaction with nursing care. Results： the experimental group nursing satisfaction 35 cases （97.2%）, postoperative complications occurred in 2 cases （5. 6%）; Nursing satisfaction of 29 patients with control group （80.6%）, 8 cases of postoperative complications （22.2%）. P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： for patients with artificial femoral head replacement, implement the overall nursing has a positive meaning, can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the postoperative complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
