中药红花乳膏超声波体外经皮给药的实验分析

摘要 目的分析中药红花乳膏在超声波体外经皮给药下的吸收效果.方法:对两组小白鼠进行实验,分别设为观察组和对照组,所有小白鼠均于腹部经皮使用中药红花乳膏,其中观察组使用超声波经皮给药实验仪进行超声物理疗法,而对照组不进行任何疗法.实验结束后,测定两组的药物渗透量.结果:(1)观察组不同时间段的羟基红花黄色素A的渗透量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05.(2)超声波频率在900 KHz和1000 KHz时羟基红花黄色素A的渗透量最大,分别为(122.5±4.8)μg/cm和(129.6±5.2)μg/cm.结论:采用超声波体外经皮给药的方法可以增加中药红花软膏的药物渗透量,且超声波频率在900KHz和1000 KHz时效果最佳. objectiveto analysis of Chinese traditional medicine safflower cream under ultrasound in vitro percutaneous drug absorption effect. Method:two groups of mice experiment,set as observation group and control group respectively,all the rats in the abdomen percutaneous using Chinese medicine safflower creams,including observation group using ultrasound transdermal drug delivery experimental apparatus for ultrasonic physical therapy,and the control group without any treatment. After the experiment,the osmotic quantity determination of two groups of drugs. Results:(1) the observation group in different time period osmotic quantity of A hydroxy safflower yellow pigment was obviously higher than that of control group,difference is statistically significant,P〈0.05).(2) the ultrasonic frequency in 900 KHz and 1000 KHz hydroxy safflower yellow pigment A osmotic quantity biggest,respectively (122.5+4.8) mu g/cm and mu g/cm (129.6-5.2).Conclusion: using the method of ultrasonic in vitro transdermal drug delivery can increase the osmotic quantity of drugs,traditional Chinese medicine safflower ointment and ultrasonic frequency on 900 KHz,and works best when 1000 KHz.
