重大项目驱动的工程领袖型人才培养探索

摘要 探索培养具有工程领袖潜力的工科拔尖人才的方法是"985"高校的一项教改课题。本文以国家重大专项作为驱动,对优秀本科学生进行了工程领袖型人才探索式的培养。工程领袖型人才培养探索以国家重大项目为背景,学生全程经历项目的调研、论证、申报、实施、财务管理、项目管理、验收结题,实行1:1并行项目制,培养内容包含了项目论证、项目方案制定、关键技术研究、项目资金分配和项目预期成果等各个环节,指导教师团队通过评审机制全方位模拟对学生承担实际工程项目的考核、评审,把考核和指导同时进行。培养进行至今取得了重大成功。
