浅谈高校教师教学能力组成要素的优化配置

教师属于一个特殊的群体,"师者,传道授业解惑者也"。然而时代的发展社会的进步,不断冲击着传统的教育教学模式,知识的快速更新,网络信息技术的大量使用,使得经典教科书与传统授课模式的作用越来越淡化,新的教育理念和教育手段,要求教师必须调整自身的教学能力,以适应时代的发展和教育教学的需要。该文章拟从教师的业务能力、心理素质、组织能力和创新能力四个方面,浅谈新时代的教师应该具有的教学能力要素。

The development of The Times,however,the progress of the society,continuously impact the traditional education teaching mode,the rapid update of knowledge,the extensive use of network information technology,makes less and less classic textbook and the role of the traditional teaching mode,the new education idea and means of education,requires teachers must adjust their teaching ability,to adapt to the development of The Times and the needs of the education teaching. The article from the teacher’s ability,psychological quality,organization ability and the innovation ability from four as-pects,introduction to the new era of teachers should be teaching competence factors.
