高职院校顶岗实习质量保障体系构建研究

Research on Construction of the Quality Guarantee System for Internships in Higher Vocational Colleges

对目前高职院校顶岗实习管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,确立系统的理念,探索构建由政策支持子体系、思想观念子体系、工作组织子体系、制度执行子体系、专业技能子体系、专业岗位子体系、师资培养子体系、信息反馈子体系、考核评价子体系等组成的高职院校顶岗实习质量保障体系,解决顶岗实习过程中的问题,实现学生、学校、企业、政府四方满意。

This paper is aimed at analyzing the problems in the process of internships management in higher vocational colleges at present and researching on construction of the quality guarantee system for internships in high-er vocational colleges. We have established the concept of system. On the basis of it,we have also explored the construction of the quality guarantee system for internships in higher vocational colleges,which includes policy sup-port subsystem,thought ideas subsystem,work organization subsystem,regulation execution subsystem,professional skills subsystem,professional jobs subsystem,teacher training subsystem,information feedback subsystem and exami-nation assessment subsystem. We have resolved the problems in the process of internships. Moreover,we have satis-fied the four fields of students,colleges,enterprises and government.
