渔用改性HDPE/MMWPE/SiO2单丝的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 2013年~2015年期间东海水产研究所对渔用改性高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/中高分子量聚乙烯(MMWPE)/二氧化硅(Si O2)单丝(简称HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2单丝)进行了初步研究。结果表明,HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2单丝比普通聚乙烯单丝(简称PE单丝)断裂强度、结节强度和结强损失率分别提高16.7%、12.8%和7.5%,而断裂伸长率降低37.1%;HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2单丝的性价比更高、渔用适配性更好;在保持断裂强力优势的前提下,以HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2绳网替代PE绳网,能使绳网原材料消耗减小、网具水阻力相应减小,从而实现渔业生产的节能降耗。结论可为高性能绳网材料的选配、捕捞渔具与养殖网具的优化设计提供参考。 The modification of high-density polyethylene/mid-high molecular weight polyethylene/Si O2 monofilament for fisheries( HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2 monofilament for short) was elementarily studied in the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute during 2013- 2015. The results showed that compared with common PE monofilament( PE monofilament for short),breaking strength and knot breaking strength of the HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2 monofilament were enhanced by 16. 7% and 12. 8% separately. However,loss rate of knot breaking strength and elongation at break of the HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2 monofilament separately increased by 7. 5% and decreased by 37. 1%,and it was more economically feasible to generalize in fishery. Under the condition of keeping the advantage of breaking load,the raw material consumption of the rope netting as well as the resistance of netting gear in water can be reduced if the PE rope netting is replaced by the HDPE/MMWPE/Si O2 rope netting,and thus the energy saving and consumption decreasing in fishery can be realized,it better fits for fishing. The conclusion can be used as a reference in high performance rope netting material selection,fishing gear and farming netting gear design.
