Racial Prejudice,Racism and Racial Reconciliation

种族歧视、种族主义和种族和解是种族问题研究中彼此关联的三个重要概念。种族歧视是一种根据种族的生理特征而予以区别对待的行为;种族主义是一种程式化、概念化和系统化的种族歧视,是意识形态的重要组成部分,带有明显的集体行为特征。种族歧视或种族主义不仅造成种族之间的隔膜与敌视,而且有可能演化成冲突与战争,所以,种族和解被视为破解上述困局的一种手段或路径,意味着有利害冲突的不同种族基于一种共同体意识,在相互尊重等原则下实现利益共享和共同发展。

Racial prejudice, racism and racial reconciliation are three important notions which have rele- vance in the field of racial issues. Racial prejudice is an act of being differently treated according to physio- logical features of a race; racism is a prejudice of stylization, conceptualization and systematizing, and an important part of ideology, which possesses characteristic of an obviously collective activity. Racial prejudice or racism not only creates misunderstanding and hostile attitude, but also possibly leads to conflict or war, racial reconciliation is thus viewed as a means or path to break the above predicaments, it means that, based on the sense of community, different races with conflicting interests can do benefit - sharing and joint devel- opment under the principles of mutual respect, etc.
