改革开放以来,新加坡是中国"亲密而特殊的合作伙伴","新加坡经验"、"新加坡模式"在我国的改革进程中发挥了独特的作用。山东高度重视发展与新加坡的经贸合作关系,双边投资、贸易规模不断扩大、质量稳步提升,逐步探索出了"走出园区、多元发展"的合作模式。"一带一路"重大倡议提出以来,我国对外开放的空间进一步拓展,为鲁新经贸合作领域的开拓提供了新空间。在新形势下,山东与新加坡经贸合作原有发展路径和合作模式的局限性日益凸显。"开启新视角,拓展新领域,探索新模式"已经成为当前山东与新加坡经贸合作面临的迫切问题。为此,山东应充分利用新加坡各项优势条件,以"新加坡"为助推器,推动企业开拓"一带一路"沿线国家市场。未来,山东应联手新加坡共建产业合作平台、人才培训平台、贸易合作平台,共同规划境外园区,重点促进鲁新产业链条对接,鼓励新加坡企业参与山东国有企业改革,提升山东的国际竞争力。

Since the launch of ＂one road, one belt＂ initiatives, the space of China＇s opening up to the outside world has been further expanded, providing new room for the economic and trade cooperation between Shandong and Singapore. Under the new situations, the limitations become conspicuous in Shandong-Singapore development path and cooperation mode. Opening a new perspective, expanding new fields and exploring a new mode have become the urgent problems that Shandong and Singapore are facing in their economic and trade cooperation. Therefore, Shandong Province should make full use of the advantages Singapore has, take ＂Singapore＂ as a booster, and propel the enterprises to promote markets along with the lines of ＂one belt, one road＂. Shandong, together with Singapore, should build platforms of industrial cooperation, personnel In the future, training, and trade cooperation, share planning foreign park, promote docking new industry chain, encourage Singaporean enterprises to participate in Shandong＇s state-owned enterprises reform, promoting the international competitiveness of Shandong Province.
