摘要
运用Anycasting软件对气缸盖罩的原工艺方案进行数值模拟分析,预测验证了原工艺缺陷的种类和位置与实际应用的一致性,在此基础上采用正交试验方法优化了工艺参数,提高了气缸盖罩零件的成品率。
Based on analyzing the defects in cylinder head cover,Anycasting software was used to simulate casting process.It is found that the type and location of predicting defects are well in agreement with those of actual defects.In order to reduce or even eliminate defects,orthogonal experimental design was adopted to optimize casting process.The parameters of optimization process were presented for actual production of cylinder head cover,improving the qualified rate of head cover.
