摘要
试制低压铸造铝合金气缸盖时,重点是对产品结构进行分析,优化金属型设计,保证铝合金液的综合质量,确定最佳浇注工艺参数。针对缸盖结构,除脱型斜度、壁厚、铸造圆角、加强筋等需满足技术要求外,还需消除铸件热节,方便金属型拆卸,提高其精度,保持其排气系统通畅,实现缸盖的顺序凝固。
Through analyzing cylinder head cover structure,optimizing metallic mould design and ensuring the comprehensive quality of liquid aluminum alloy,the optimized pouring parameters were presented to produce low pressure casting cylinder head cover.Aiming at cylinder head cover structure,it is necessary to eliminate hot spot and convenient metallic mould as well as improving accuracy of metallic mould,keeping smoothly exhausting system to realize sequential solidification,besides of technical requirement such as drawing angle,wall thickness,round angle and enhancement rib.
