鄱阳湖灰化苔草浸泡液对铜绿微囊藻的化感作用 被引量:4

摘要 在室内控温、控光条件下,研究鄱阳湖洲滩优势植物灰化苔草浸泡液对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响。试验得到,灰化苔草浸泡液对铜绿微囊藻的抑制作用较高;枯灰化苔草浸泡液对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率在81%~88%,随浸泡液植物生物量含量的增加而增加,当浸泡液植物生物量含量大于24 g/L后对铜绿微囊藻抑制率差异较小;鲜灰化苔草浸泡液对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率大于90%,浸泡液植物生物量含量超过6 g/L时,对铜绿微囊藻抑制率差异较小;灰化苔草浸泡液中化感物质使微囊藻细胞直径较对照组减小8%~12%,藻细胞发生固缩现象;微囊藻细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在0.57~1.14 U/106cell之间占对照组的30%~60%,藻细胞内氧化活性降低,胞内过氧化氢物不能及时去除在胞内积累,单位藻细胞丙二醛(MDA)增加3~4倍,藻细胞膜脂过氧化使藻细胞生长受到抑制。实验结果得到鄱阳湖洲滩优势植物灰化苔草在夏季将对蓝藻水华产生抑制作用,这为开发和利用鄱阳湖岸滩优势植物苔草生态控藻提供基础实验数据。 The inhibition effects of soaking liquor Carex cinerascens, which was dominant plants in Poyang Lake river beach, on Microcystis aeruginosa were studied, under controlling temperature, light and nutrient sterile conditions. The results showed that growth of Microcystis aeruginosa were significantly inhibited in Carex cinerascens soaking culture, with the inhibition rate in the range of 81%~88%, and increased with biomass and not significantly different when plant biomass was above 24 g/L in dead Carex cinerascens culture; inhibition rate was above 90% and was not significantly different in fresh Carex cinerascens soaking culture when plant biomass was above 6 g/L. Microcystis aeruginosa cell diameters in treatment groups cut down 8% ~12% than control group, the algal cell produced the pyknosis. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity between 0.57 U/106 cell and 1.14 U/106 cell, it accounted for 30%~60% of control group, the oxidation activity of algae cells reduced, intracellular hydrogen peroxide could not be removed timely, and accumulated in cells. Malondialdehyde(MDA) unit algae cells increased 3 ~4 times than control group, lipid of the algae cell was peroxided, so Microcystis aeruginosa growth was inhibited in Carex cinerascens soaking liquid, through changed cell morphology. Beach dominant plant Carex cinerascens in Poyang Lake can inhibit water blooms, the study would provide the basic data for the development and utilization of Poyang Lake beach dominant plant Carex cinerascens to ecological control technology of algae.
