摘要
香港新高中课程于2009年开始实施,至今已有六年,新的中学文凭考试也已举行了三次。在实施过程中,出现了很多的问题。第一届中学文凭考试之后,香港特区政府教育局进行了中期检讨,并提出了一些修改建议及措施。这些修改建议和措施是否能够回应课程实施中的问题呢?本文从课程实施的状况讨论这些修改建议的可行性及不足,并指出香港新高中课程面对着如何解决学生个别差异的问题。如果不从课程设计入手,很难处理好这个限制。那么有哪些可行的办法呢?本文尝试提出新的建议。
The new senior secondary school curriculum in Hong Kong has been implemented for over six years and the new Hong Kong Diploma of Education Examination has been carried out for three times. The Hong Kong SAR Government has launched a mid-term review of this new senior secondary curriculum in light of the implementation problems. A number of recommended changes and refinements have been announced. Are these recommended changes adequate to fix the implementation problems? This paper attempts to discuss this question. It is argued that the new senior secondary curriculum is facing the challenge of catering for individual differences among the students. To fix this problem, it is necessary to refine the design of the curriculum.
