清洗工艺对中空纤维超滤膜污染的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用连续式膜过滤(CMF)工艺流程评测清洗工艺对中空纤维超滤膜污染的影响,重点考察物理清洗和化学清洗对膜污染的去除效果。物理清洗采用反洗、曝气工艺,并确定了最佳物理清洗参数,即反洗流速为4.3~4.8 m^3/h、总反洗水量为0.04~0.05 m^3、曝气流速为15~18m^3/h、总曝气量为0.20~0.25 m^3,在日常维护清洗中,使用次氯酸钠清洗40 min即可满足清洗要求,在经过几次化学清洗周期后建议使用次氯酸钠+柠檬酸进行化学清洗。试验证明,最优工况下,膜产水水质优良并具有极高稳定性,吨水能耗明显低于其他工况。 The influence of cleaning processes on hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane fouling was evaluated by continuous membrane filter (CMF) process. The removal of membrane fouling by physical and chemical cleaning was particularly investigated. Backwashing and aeration methods were adopted in the physical cleaning process, and the optimal parameters were found as follows: backwashing velocity of 4.3 to 4.8 m^3/h, total backwashing water of 0.04 to 0.05 m^3, aeration velocity of 15 to 18 m^3/h and total aeration volume of 0.20 to 0.25 m^3. The cleaning with sodium hypochlorite for 40 min could meet the requirements for the daily maintenance. After several chemical cleaning cycles, it was suggested to use sodium hypochlorite and citric acid for chemical cleaning. The experiments showed that under the optimal conditions, the permeate had high quality and stability, and the energy consumption was less than that under other conditions.
