高铁酸钾+浸泡膜处理SP二元驱油田采出水 被引量:2

Treatment of SP Flooding Oilfield Produced Water by Potassium Ferrate and Immersed Membrane

摘要 新疆油田七中区聚合物/表面活性剂(SP)二元复合驱采出水的矿化度接近8 000mg/L,偏碱性,钙离子含量较高,为重碳酸钠型水。采用规模为1 m^3/h的"高铁酸钾氧化+板式浸泡膜过滤"试验装置处理SP二元复合驱油田采出水,装置出水悬浮物≤5 mg/L、含油<20 mg/L、聚合物≤20 mg/L,出水水质达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329—2012),对悬浮物、油、聚合物的去除率分别超过90%、80%和90%。 The surfactant and polymer (SP) flooding produced water in Qizhong area of Xinjiang Oilfield is a sodium bicarbonate type water due to its salinity of 8 000 mg/L, near alkalinity and high calcium content. Experimental device with the capacity of 1 m^3/h using potassium ferrate and immersed membrane filtration process was adopted to treat this kind of oilfield produced water. The effluent suspended solids, oils and polymers were less than 5 mg/L, less than 20 mg/L and less than 20 mg/L respectively, which could meet the requirements in the Recommended Indexes on Injection Water Quality for Detrital Rock Oil Reservoirs and Analytical Methods (SY/T 5329 -2012). The removal rates of suspended solids, oils and polymers were above 90% , 80% and 90% respectively.
