Discussion on Maximum Design Flow Rate of Pipe Materials in Abrasion Resistance Test

摘要 通过旋转磨损影响试验研究管道的耐冲刷能力与相关水力参数(流速等)的关系。结果表明:在试验条件基本相当的情况下,钢管的磨损值最小(旋转80万次后为0.276 mm),其次是玻璃钢夹砂管和HDPE双壁波纹管,钢筋混凝土管的磨损值最大(旋转80万次后为0.742 mm);通过内插计算,HDPE双壁波纹管和玻璃钢夹砂管的最大流速分别为8.02和8.33 m/s。为了更安全地运行,建议将HDPE双壁波纹管和玻璃钢夹砂管的管道最大流速控制在7.5 m/s。 The relationship between scour resistance of pipeline and its related hydraulic parameters (flow rate) was investigated by rotational abrasion contrast test. The results showed that under the same test conditions, the abrasion value of steel pipe was minimum (0.276 mm after rotation of 800 000 revolutions) , followed by glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe and HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe, and the abrasion value of reinforced concrete pipe was maximum (0.742 mm after rotation of 800 000 revolutions). After the interpolation calculation, the maximum flow rates of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe and glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe were 8.02 m/s and 8.33 m/s respectively. For safer operation, it is recommended that the maximum flow rates of both HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe and glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe should be controlled at 7.5 m/s.
