摘要
采用MBR对曝气生物滤池(BAF)出水进行深度除磷处理。通过研究得出,在MBR中辅以化学除磷的效果较好,投药量少且可减缓膜污染。Fe SO4的最佳投量为20 mg/L,出水TP可降至0.2 mg/L左右;投加铁盐可降低膜池上清液中的SMP含量,尤其是降低了SMP中的多糖比例,同时还增加了膜池内大粒径污泥絮体的比例,这都有助于减缓膜污染。铁盐的投加以及BAF对污水的前处理使得BAF/MBR组合工艺对膜污染的控制效果较好,无需化学清洗,同时还减少了膜清洗频率及更换次数,相应地降低了膜的运行费用。
The MBR process was used for advanced phosphorus removal from the effluent of biological aerated filter (BAF). The results showed that the effect of assisted chemical phosphorus removal in the MBR was good, with less chemical dosage and membrane fouling. The optimal dosage of FeSO4 was 20mg/L, and the effluent TP could be reduced to about 0.2 mg/L. The addition of iron salts could reduce the SMP in the membrane supernatant, especially reduce the proportion of polysaccharide in the SMP, and increase the proportion of large granular sludge in the membrane pool, which could all help to alleviate the membrane fouling. The addition of iron salts and the pretreatment of sewage by BAF enabled the BAF/MBR process to effectively control the membrane fouling without chemical cleaning, and the frequency of membrane cleaning and membrane replacement were decreased, thus reducing the operation cost of using membrane.
