Influence of Different Collection Cycles on Stack Drainage Capacity

摘要 在34层高的试验塔上,分别采用瞬间流测试法和定流量测试法对系统高度为11层的DN110普通单立管系统(PVC-U)进行排水能力测试,数据采集周期分别设定为20、50、200、500ms,分析了采集周期对排水系统测试结果的影响。结果表明:当以相同排水工况下数据重现性较高的3次试验为分析对象、以平均值法作为数据处理基本方法时,无论是瞬间流排水还是定常流排水,数据采集周期对试验结果造成的影响均较小。此外,在深入分析系统最大负压所在楼层的压力波动情况的基础上,证实了瞬间流排水条件下采集周期过大会导致采集过程中系统压力波动的最不利峰值出现遗漏,进而影响试验数据的重现性;同时提出了定流量排水条件下的楼层压力波动曲线的孤立峰值需要进行过滤的建议。 The drainage capacity of the DN110 PVC-U single stack drainage system with the height of 11 floors was tested using both constant flow generator and instantaneous flow generator on a 34-floor tower. The data collection cycles included 20 ms, 50 ms, 200 ms and 500 ms. The influence of data col- lection cycles on the test results of the drainage system was analyzed. The results showed that when three experiments with high reproducibility under same drainage conditions were analyzed by averaging method, the data collection cycles had only little influence on the experiment results no matter using constant flow generator or instantaneous flow generator. Moreover, based on the analysis of the pressure fluctuation on the floor where the maximum negative pressure occurred, it could be confirmed that the most unfavorable peak of the pressure fluctuations might be left out during the process of sampling under the instantaneous flow condition when the data collection cycle was too large, which could have an impact on the experimental reproducibility. Meanwhile, a suggestion on filtering the isolated peak pressure under the constant flow condition was put forward.
