脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平改变的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清S100B蛋白与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2014-06—12沈阳维康医院治疗的86例ACI患者临床资料(观察组),以及同时期治疗的80例健康体检者的临床资料(对照组),对比分析两组患者血清S100B蛋白和Hcy的表达情况。结果观察组患者血清S100B蛋白和Hcy水平分别为(0.98±0.33)μg/L,(23.89±3.08)μmol/L,对照组血清S100B蛋白和Hcy水平分别为(0.41±0.10)μg/L,(10.01±5.10)μmol/L,观察组患者血清S100B蛋白和Hcy水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大梗死灶组S100B蛋白和Hcy水平明显高于中梗死灶组,中梗死灶组S100B蛋白和Hcy水平明显高于小梗死灶组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清S100B蛋白和Hcy水平与患者病情密切相关,通过对该血清学标志物的检测,可了解患者病情严重程度,并可对预后做出一定判断。 Objective To study the serum S100B protein and homocysteine(Hcy) level changes among acute cerebral infarction(ACI) sufferers and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 86 sufferers with ACI treated at Shenyang Weikang Hospital(observation group) form June to December 2014 and the clinical data of 80 physical examination takers(control group) were retrospectively analyzed to compare the expression of S100B protein and Hcy among all participants.Results S100B protein and Hcy level of the observation group were respectively(0.98 ± 0.33)μg/L and (23.89 ± 3.08)μmol/L,while(0.41 ± 0.10)μg/L and (10.01 ± 5.10)μmol/L in the control group,which showed that the observation group was clearly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).S100B protein and Hcy level of the large infarction section in the observation group were clearly higher than the moderate infarction section, and S100B protein and Hcy level of the moderate infarction section were higher than the small infarction section, with difference of statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Serum S100B protein and Hcy level changes among ACI sufferers are closely related to the sufferers' condition, through checking the serological marker, we can understand the order of severity and decide the further prognosis.
