摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术在胸骨骨折中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析丰县人民医院经16层及64层螺旋CT诊断胸骨骨折的22例患者的影像资料。结果本组均行多平面容积重组(MPR)及容积再现法(VR)后处理。22例胸骨骨折患者中横断位图像、MPR及VR图像发现胸骨骨折分别为21例、22例及19例,检出率分别为95%、100%和86%。结论多层螺旋CT横断位图像与MPR、VR成像等后处理技术结合在显示胸骨骨折中具有明显优势。
Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT and its post-processing techniques in sternum fracture.Methods The image data of 22 cases with sternum fracture diagnosed by 16 and 64-slice spiral CT at Feng-xian County People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All underwent multi-planar reformation(MPR) and volume reconding(VR).Among 22 sufferers with sternum fracture, the discovery of sternum fracture by transverse images, MPR images and VR images confirmed 21 cases, 22 cases, and 19 cases with sternum fracture, with the detection rates of 95%, 100% and 86% respectively.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT transverse images combined with post-processing techniques of MPR and VR images have obvious advantages in diagnosis of sternum fracture.
