摘要
针对东川某氧化铜矿进行了选矿试验研究,根据矿石氧化率接近100%、结合率高达13.60%的特点,在探索性试验的基础上确定采用传统的硫化浮选进行试验,最终确定采用闪速浮选工艺并辅以高效组合捕收剂,在闭路试验中可以得到铜品位和回收率分别达21.50%和86.78%的铜精矿。
The beneflciation test research is carried out for one copper oxide mine in Dongchuan, according to the features that the oxidation rate of ore is near to 100%, the binding rate reach up to 13. 60%, on the basic of trlal test, the traditional sulfuration notation test shall be adopted, and the flash flotation process assisted by highly efficient assembled eonector is adopted finally, in the closed circuit test, the copper concentrate with the copper grade and recovery rate can reach to 21.50% and 86. 78% separately.
