通过分析表明,在铜精矿双顶吹冶炼工艺过程中,砷主要分布于铜烟尘、砷滤饼、电炉渣,还有少量砷分布于黑铜泥与浸出渣等物料中。对流程中含砷物料的处理及含量进行了分析对比,对在同类型双顶吹冶炼工艺中实现砷从流程中开路,具有一定的借鉴意义。

In the procedure of double top-blown smelting process, the arsenic is mainly distributed in copper fume, arsenic filter cake, furnace slag, and there still has a little arsenic distributed in black copper sludge and leaching residue and the other materials. The treatment and content of arsenic-bearing materials in the flow are compared and analyzed, which has certain reference significance for the arsenic open circuit in the same type double top-blown smelting process.
