经济增长是一个分工拓展和专业化深化的过程,而市场(交易)是其中的核心机制。企业成长、交易扩张或产业组织的发展既可以看作理解经济增长的关键,也可以看作经济增长本身。信任是社会复杂性的简化机制,通过交易和分工对经济增长造成基础性影响,可大大降低因为人的有限理性和机会主义行为所带来的内生性交易成本,使市场经济的运行更有效率。信任是企业成长的关键因素。在企业外部,若特殊信任能有效转化为一般信任,企业将通过自由的市场契约积累足够的资源。在企业内部,成员之间的信任可以促进企业内部的分工与合作,降低内部交易成本,建立知识共享机制,提高企业效率。信任是影响产业组织绩效(产出)的重要因素,企业之间信任度的提高可有效降低产业链的交易成本和经营风险,提高企业的快速反应能力及合作企业的运作效率。

The economic growth is a process of distribution and specialization,during which market operates as the core mechanism. The development of enterprises,transaction and industrial organization has a crucial role for better understanding of the economic growth and even represent itself. Trust,framed as a simplified mechanism of social complexity,may greatly account for the reduction of transaction cost due to human 's bounded rationality and opportunistic behavior. Trust is a key factor in business growth. If the special trust can be effectively translated into general trust outside the enterprise,companies will accumulate sufficient resources through the free market contracts. Trust between members can promote the division of labor and cooperation within the enterprise,reduce internal transaction costs,and establish knowledge-sharing mechanism to improve business efficiency. Trust is an important factor influencing the performance of industrial organizations( outputs). Improving trust between the enterprises can effectively reduce the transaction costs of the industrial chain and business risk,and improve capability of rapid response and operational efficiency of the venture.
