摘要
目前,国内高校创业教育的核心缺陷是创业伦理教育的缺失,具体表现为大学生创业者缺乏社会责任感和道德观。高校创业教育局限于经济创业活动,导致学生把创业活动误解为资本逐利天性的当代表现方式,忽视了创业行为所包含的对个人、社会和国家的重大道德价值内涵。创业伦理教育既不可能脱离高校一般性的伦理道德教育而孤立地完成,也不应混同于思想政治教育而忽视了创业行为与市场经济的内在关联。因此,高校要充分利用现有的教育资源,建构创业伦理教育的支持系统,使创业伦理教育与思想品德教育、综合素质教育、心理健康教育深度结合,相互促进;明确高校创业伦理教育的核心人物和具体目标,区分不同教育环节的功能与指向,建构系统的教学体系;通过社会舆论和政策法规的导向作用,推动全社会重视伦理问题,建构个人品质与社会风尚、理论与实践、学校与社会紧密结合的可持续发展路径。
At present,the core defect of domestic universities entrepreneurship education is the lack of ethics education,specifically the lack of social responsibility and moral personality of college students entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education is confined in economic entrepreneurial activity,leading students to misunderstand entrepreneurship as contemporary expression of capital profit nature,thereby neglect personal,social and moral value connotation of major national entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurship Ethics education cannot be able to isolate general ethical education from universities and should not be confused with the ideological and political education,ignoring the inherent entrepreneurial behavior associated with the market economy.Therefore,to make full use of existing educational resources,construct support system of Entrepreneurship ethics education,probe into the probabilities of strengthening and perfecting entrepreneurship ethics ideology,the overall quality of ethical cultivation and mental health education in entrepreneurship education system and proposed the specific approaches for reinforcing the central figure and specific goals in entrepreneurship education from ethical point of view to distinguish between different aspects of education functions and orientation to construct Teaching System; through the guiding role of public opinion,policies and regulations to promote the whole society to pay attention to ethical issues to construct sustainable development path of personal qualities,social habits,theory and practice,school and community which are interwined with each other closely.
