胡应麟《诗薮》是明代乐府诗批评史上的一部重要著作,其中的"乐府批评论"重点表现在四个方面:一是关于歌行与乐府的关系问题,二是近体乐府中之"绝句乐府"论,三是对历代乐府诗人诗作的比论,四是对乐府创作经验的归纳与总结。乐府批评论"不仅扩大了明代乐府诗批评的领域,丰富了其批评的理论体系,而且对于时人与后人进行乐府诗创作也具有极积的作用。

Poetry Tau,written by HU Ying-lin,is an important classical book in the history of the Ming Dynasty,wherein Yuefu Poetry Criticism,which highly focus on four aspects: First,on the relationship between Song and Yuefu; the second is the four-line poems Yuefu in current-style Yuefu; the third is the comparision of ancient poetry made by Yuefu poets; and the four is the summary and conclusion of creative experience in writing Yuefu poetry.
