摘要
我国足球职业化改革20多年以来,后备人才培养先后出现了"三级训练网"、足球学校与俱乐部后备梯队结合、俱乐部与"网点学校"合作、"企业赞助-海外培养"、俱乐部与体育局(政府部门)共建后备梯队、"市、区"青少年足球精英培训等多种不同主体主导的培养路径。文章基于已有研究,并通过与职业足球相关从业人员的访谈,深入探究了我国职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养模式的演进,并对我国职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养模式未来的构建与发展做出若干判断。
Since the football professionalization,there have been many ways of youth talents developing,such as"three-level training network",soccer academies,the way of developing youth talents by professional sports clubs and schools,the way of developing youth talents by professional sports clubs and training organizations,the way of developing youth talents by corporates,the way of developing youth talents by sports governments and professional sports clubs and the way of developing youth talents through district systems.All the ways mentioned are led by different bodies.In this paper,based on the existing research and through interviews with staff in Chinese Football Association Super League,we analyzed the evolution of these models in a historical perspective and make predictions about the construction and development of them.
