浙江省高校学生体质健康状况现场抽测方案及评价制度优化研究

On-site Parking Scheme Optimization Research and Evaluation System of Physical Health Situation of College Students in Zhejiang Province

学生体质健康状况现场抽测复核、研判和评价制度是《国家学生体质健康标准》的基本制度,对学校体育工作起着十分重要的复核矫正、反馈调整和指导作用。通过对浙江省高校学生体质健康状况现场抽测方案和评价制度的分析,得出以下基本结论:1学校自测合格率、良好及以上等级率分别与学生现场抽测结果中的合格率、良好及以上等级率不存在显著性关系;2抽测组织工作采取全委托模式存在不可持续性和欠合理性;3用70%权重值的身体素质抽测成绩来直接评价学生体质健康水平不够科学,并在此基础上提出了以下建议:1组织方案采取"牵头单位(轮值)+各校委派1名"的组合式抽测人员选派模式不妨是优选方案之一;2抽测项目调整为体质测试全部项目;3制订体质健康现场抽测符合性研判标准;4由原直接性测试结果比较调整为间接性综合比对;5设立各校学生体质健康达标全能积分,以此作为共同的比较指标。

Physical health condition of students all of parking control,analysis and evaluation system is the national students physical health standard ＂the basic system,the review of the work of school physical education plays a very important correction,feedback adjustment and guiding role.This article through the physical health condition of college students in Zhejiang province on-site parking scheme,analyzed the evaluation system,got the following basic conclusions：1The rate of self-test qualified rate,good school and above level,respectively,and the scene of the students of parking in the results qualified rate,good and above level rate there is no significant relationship;2Parking organization to take all the delegate pattern is unsustainable and owe rationality;3Using 70% weight value of the physical quality of parking results to direct evaluation of students＇ physical health level are not science,etc.Puts forward the following suggestions：1The organization plans to take the lead unit（rotating）＋ the schools to 1＂ combined parking personnel might as well send pattern is one of the optimal scheme;2Parking project is adjusted for all physical test projects;3Physical health field of parking conformance to standards;4The original direct test results comparison is adjusted for indirect comprehensive comparisons;5Set up the schools students physical health standard universal integral,as a common indicators.
