The fundamental goal of the Party＇s mass work is to unite people to together strength, and the Yimeng Spirit has the unique charm and advantage of political resources. To construct a long-term mechanism of uniting people, the antecedent is value-orientation, the link is political mutual trust, and the base is leading people to participate in solving practical problems.
