The newspaper Concorde was the tongue of German in China. During the First World War, it was highly concerned and had published hundreds of articles about it. It＇s one of the most detailed, the fastest and the most influential media about the war at that time. It analyzed the causes and reported the process and major battles of the war. It explained strategy and tactics of both sides＇, introduced new weapons in the war, carried on propaganda war with the Entente Countries, and tried to prevent the severance of diplomatic relations of Sino-German and contributed to the anti-war sentiment of the Chinese people.The newspaper Concorde was an important window for Chinese people to know about the First World War.
