重新审视我国高校学前教育专业本科人才培养模式 被引量:10

On Reexamining the Professional Talent Training Program for Undergraduates of Preschool Education

摘要 高校学前教育专业本科对其专科和硕士研究生学历层次而言,起承上启下的作用。发现高校在学前教育本科人才培养中存在的问题有利于其人才培养模式的重新准确定位。重新审视我国高校学前教育专业本科人才培养模式,发现其存在以下一些问题:幼儿教师角色适应时间过长;培养内容多而不精;培养模式整齐划一;过度强调理论知识的人才培养;淡化保育员职业角色的培养;幼儿教师能力不及国外教师等。对我国高校学前教育本科专业人才培养模式的修订提出以下几点建议:缩短教师角色适应时间;对学前教育工作者精培养;人才按需培养;加强实践能力的培养;增设保育专业。 Preschool education for undergraduates serves as a transition from three years' college students to MA students in higher education institutions. Finding the problems existed in talent training model of preschool education will be helpful to correctly relocate the talent training program. After reexaming talent training model of preschool education,the following problems are found: it takes too long for kindergarten teachers to get used to their job;there is not refined but too much training contents;talent training models are unified;too much attention are paid to theoretical knowledge;too little attention are paid to the training of childcare nurses;the teachers' ability are not as good as foreign teachers. Accordingly,this paper puts forward several suggestions for the readjustment of talent training model:shortening the adaption time of the teachers,carefully cultivating the preschool teachers,training the talents to meet the social needs,strengthening training teachers' practical ability,and opening the childcare specialty.
