隋朝官僚群体是隋王朝政治统治和国家治理中最为重要的关键组成要素,官僚群体的地域来源对官僚本身在日后仕途的发展和各个政治集团的形成具有重要影响。隋朝官僚群体地域来源的分布无论是从宏观的全国范围来看,还是从微观的州郡角度出发,都存在突出的不均衡性。这种不均衡性是与隋朝当时不同地区的政治、经济、文化环境和发展水平息息相关的。
