摘要
农村地区小学教师年龄学历结构不合理,素质不高,农村的留守儿童需要更多关爱,培养本科层次小学全科教师是必要和可行的。在借鉴国内外本科层次小学教师培养经验的基础上,构建农村地区本科层次小学全科教师培养模式,能满足农村基础教育发展的需要,促进教育的均衡发展。
The age and qualification structure of the primary school teachers in the rural areas are unreasonable.Their knowledge and teaching skills need to be improved. The rural left- behind children need more care. The training of general undergraduate- level primary school teachers is necessary and feasible. From the training experience of primary school teachers in China and foreign countries, the training model of the primary school teachers in rural areas can meet the needs of the development of basic education in rural areas and promote the balanced development of edu cation.
