摘要
通过采用调查问卷,从幼儿园园长信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息道德及信息化建设的规划力、管理力、支持力、评价力8个维度入手,对当前湖南省幼儿园园长信息技术领导力的现状进行分析,为进一步探索提高园长信息技术领导力路径,推动幼儿园教育现代化的发展奠定基础。
A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the status of kindergarten heads' informational technology leadership in Hunan province from 8 dimensions: information awareness, information technology, information capacity, information morality, and the schedule, management, support, assessment ability of informational construction. This research tries to explore the ways to improve the kindergarten heads' informational technology leadership and promote the modernization of pre- school education.
