特色化、问题化和学科化——“互联网+”时代学术期刊特色栏目的发展路径

我国学术期刊主要根据学科或问题来划分栏目,大多数学术期刊自觉创办特色栏目,教育部名栏建设工程推动了学术期刊特色栏目的发展。数字化时代,特色栏目遇到了发展瓶颈:电子期刊数据库消解了所有的栏目;在量化的期刊评价中,特色栏目在各项指标中不一定具有优势。学术期刊特色栏目必须以特色化提高学术知名度,以问题化凝聚学术共同体,以学科化谋求可持续发展。在"互联网+"时代,应当利用大数据、云计算、新媒体等各种数字化技术发展学术期刊特色栏目,精准定位目标学术共同体,根据受众的阅读习惯进行二次编辑,在出版集团化、经营集约化的改革中赢得一席之地。

The development of characteristic columns of academic journals should be improved with academic awareness by characteristic, should be condensed with academic community by problem, and should seek sustainable development by subject. In the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ era, we should use all kinds of digital technology, such as big data, cloud computing, new media, etc. , to develop the characteristic column of academic journals, to orient the academic community accurately. And we should make the secondary editing according to the audience＇s reading habits, with a view to winning a place in the reform of the publishing group, and intensive operation.
