Investigation and Enlightenment of the Oilfield Chemistry Applied Technique Talents' Demands

通过对陕北石油企业人才需求情况进行调查与分析,得到以下启示:在人才培养过程中,要重点关注学生综合素质和职业能力的培养;课程体系要按照企业对学生职业岗位能力和职业素质的要求,引入国家职业技能鉴定标准,重新序化整合教学内容;应根据企业人才需求的变化情况,定期修订人才培养模式,调整课程设置。

The enlightenment was observed form investigation and analysis of talent demand of petroleum enterprise in northern Shaanxi. The results are as follows： In the process of talent development, we should focus on the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality and professional competence; should bring the standard of the National Professional Skills Accreditation into the course system according to the enterprise＇s requirements for students＇ vocation post ability and professional quality, and reintegrate the teaching content; should revise the personnel training mode and curriculum regularly according to the change of enterprises＇ talents demands.
