MOOC背景下ERP实践教学模式改革探析——以山东工商学院为例

Reforms of ERP Practice Teaching under the Background of MOOC:a Case Study of Shandong Technology and Business University

ERP实践教学是财经院校的主干实训课程之一。目前,现有的实验资源和实训模式已无法满足广大学生的强烈需求。MOOC以其先进的技术手段、教学理念及灵活的自学机制,对传统教学模式产生了强烈冲击。以山东工商学院ERP实践教学为研究内容,提出依靠MOOC,运用互联网思维,改革ERP实践教学模式,扩大实训规模,进而提高学生的实践能力。

ERP practice teaching is one of the main experimental courses in financial Institutions. Currently existing experimental resources and training model has been unable to meet the strong demand of the general students. MOOC has a strong impact on the domestic higher education with its advanced technology, self-teaching philosophy and flexible mechanism. Taking ERP practice teaching of Shandong Technology and Business University as the core content, this paper proposes to rely on MOOC, use the internet thinking, reform ERP practice teaching mode and expand the scale of practical training for the ultimate goal of improving students＇ practical abilities.
