摘要
根据车险一线岗位群的职业能力要求,运用能力本位项目化教学对"汽车保险与理赔"课程进行整体设计。通过调整教学目标、整合教学内容、创新教学方法和监测教学过程,发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用,提高学生的职业能力,实现以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向、为生产服务一线培养技术技能型人才的职业教育发展目标。
The passage describes the instructional design which is based on project teaching for the Auto Insurance and Claims curriculum according to the requirement of automobile insurance basic posts. The design of the overall curriculum is divided into several projects through adjusting the teaching target, integrating the teaching contents, goal and employment as lead.
