摘要
以硝酸银、二水合乙酸锌和氢氧化钠为出发原料,制备了平均尺寸约为15nm的Ag掺杂ZnO纳米晶。以甲基橙为光催化反应模型考察了催化剂的光催化活性,结果表明,Ag离子的掺杂可以提高ZnO的光催化性能,掺杂比例为5%的Ag掺杂ZnO具有良好的光催化活性,催化剂用量为0.01g/ml,使用365nm波长紫外光照射105min后,甲基橙降解率达到99.9%。
Ag- ZnO nanocrystalline with an average size of 15 nm are prepared by titrating AgNO3 and Zn(Ac) 2 ·2H2O and NaOH. The photocatalytic activities of Ag -ZnO have been evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange under UV light. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of ZnO with Ag ion doping can be improved ; and the composite materials of ZnO with a moIar ratio of 5% have good photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange, and the photocatalytic degradation rate can reach 99.9%, when the quality percentage is 0.01g/ ml, after reaction time 105min with 365nm UV light.
