我国女子铅球运动员过渡阶段的技术特征分析

The Analysis of the Technical Characteristics of Woman Shot- putter Transition Stage

以我国3名女子铅球运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、访谈法、三维摄像解析法和比较法来研究她们推铅球过渡阶段的技术特征。研究发现:3名运动员过渡时间过长;躯干倾角过大,减少了铅球做功距离。肩髋扭转角小,肩部位移大于髋部的位移。铅球速度与身体重心速度的差值较小;在右脚着地时,右侧开始加速发力过早,身体超越器械姿势不充分。

Taking three China＇s women shot- put athletes as the resvarch object, using literature method, interview method, the three- dimensional camera analytic method and comparison method, this paper studies their shot put the technical features of the transition stage. The study results show that the transition time of three athletes is too long ; trunk angle is too large, which reduces the shot put power distance. Shoulder - hip twist angle are small, and the shoulder＇s displacement is greater than the hip＇ s. The difference between shot speed and body center of gravity speed is small. On their right foot touchdown, the right side of power is accelerated early, and body position be- yond equipment is inadequate.
