桂枝茯苓丸联合炔诺酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血效果观察

Effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill Combined with Norethisterone Tablets on Patients with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的观察桂枝茯苓丸联合炔诺酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者130例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予炔诺酮片治疗,观察组联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组血红蛋白浓度(124.87±11.74)g/L,中医症状积分(1.34±0.66)分;对照组血红蛋白浓度(89.97±7.24)g/L,中医症状积分(3.54±1.48)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组月经周期(29.89±7.21)d,经期天数(4.56±1.13)d,子宫内膜厚度(0.58±0.11)mm;对照组月经周期(25.17±5.12)d,经期天数(8.79±3.15)d,子宫内膜厚度(0.97±0.28)mm,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合炔诺酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效可靠,能够提升血红蛋白浓度,改善患者月经周期和子宫内膜厚度,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with norethisterone tablets on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given norethisterone tablets only and the observation group was given Guizhi Fuling pill combined with norethisterone tablets.The clinical effect was observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the serum hemoglobin concentration,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptom score,menstruation cycle,menstruation duration and endometrial depth of observation group were all significantly superior to those of control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionGuizhi Fuling pill combined with norethisterone tablets is effective in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It can increase serum level of hemoglobin,improve menstruation and endometrial depth.It deserve propagation in clinic.
