肾病Ⅰ号方联合霉酚酸酯治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征的疗效观察

Effect of ShenbingⅠ Decoction Combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil in the Treatment of Steroid-resistant Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探讨肾病Ⅰ号方联合霉酚酸酯治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法 76例激素抵抗型肾病综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予肾病Ⅰ号方汤剂内服,比较2组患者治疗前后尿蛋白和血浆清蛋白水平,并评估疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组血浆清蛋白显著升高,尿蛋白明显减少(P<0.01),与对照组比较,疗效明显提高(P<0.05),且毒副作用较少。结论肾病Ⅰ号方联合霉酚酸酯对治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征有效。

Objective To explore the effect of Shenbing Ⅰ decoction combined with mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome（SRNS）.Methods 76 patients with SRNS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received conventional western medical treatment.The patients in the treatment group were additionally administrated with Shenbing Ⅰ decoction.The levels of urine protein and plasma albumin before and after treatment were examined.Meanwhile,the overall curative effect rates were evaluated after treatment.Results Compared with control group,serum albumin level was significantly increased and urine protein content was decreased in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was also better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.And the side effect was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Shenbing Ⅰ decoction combined with mycophenolate mofetil is effective in the treatment of SRNS.
