中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹腔积液的临床研究

Effect of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Ascites due to Cirrhosis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹腔积液的临床疗效。方法搜集本院2011年2月—2014年2月肝硬化腹腔积液患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采取中西医结合治疗。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后肝功能指标(ALT、AST、TBil)下降,清蛋白(Alb)升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组TBil明显降低,Alb明显升高(P<0.05),并且观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹腔积液临床效果明显。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.Methods 120 cases of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis in our hospital were enrolled from February 2011 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group received routine treatment while patients in the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Results After treatment,liver function indexes（ALT,AST,TBil）were decreased and plasma albumin（Alb）level was increased in both groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Compared with control group,plasma TBil level was significantly decreased and Alb level was increased in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,total effective rate of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine medicine is effective in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.
