金庸武侠小说中情花和断肠草药理作用浅析

Pharmacological Effects of the Passion Flower and Severed Intestine Grass in Jin Yong's Kung fu Fiction

金庸武侠小说《神雕侠侣》中情花和断肠草具有相生相克的功效,但现实世界中却没有情花此等有毒植物,而断肠草却是真实存在的。现实世界中与情花在外形、所含毒性成分及中毒症状颇为相似的植物却是存在的,即为洋金花。而最富盛名的断肠草钩吻是否可以对抗洋金花中毒症状,其中是否有相关科学论证,目前尚未有报道。对洋金花、钩吻中所含药用成分及其作用机制、临床表现进行分析,并对两种中药材中所含成分的药理作用进行比较,以论证小说中情花和断肠草的功效。

The Passion Flower and Severed Intestine Grass in Jin Yong＇s Kung fu fiction have allelopathy effect. There is a disappointment that the Passion Flower is not existed in the real world. However, the Severed Intestine Grass is a real existence. In the real world, the Passion Flower in shape with a plant, which contain toxic components with symptoms quilt similar to the Passion Flower, namely Hindu Datura Flower. There is no relevant scientific evidence reported whether Severed Intestine Grass could confront Hindu Datura Flower poisoning symptoms. Therefore, we review the medicinal ingredients contained in Hindu Datura Flower and Severed Intestine Grass, its mechanism of action, and its clinical manifestations, in order to demonstrate the Passion Flower and Severed Intestine Grass are allelopathy.
