Research Progress of Lycium ruthenicum Murr Pigment

黑果枸杞是我国西北部地区特有的一种耐盐、抗旱性植物,也是目前为止发现原花青素含量最高的植物,此外,还含有丰富的色素成分。就其色素的含量测定、提取工艺、纯化工艺与生理活性进行综述,并提出黑果枸杞色素的开发利用途径,为更好地开发利用黑果枸杞色素资源提供依据。

Lycium ruthenicum Murr is a special kind of salt-tolerant and drought-tolerant plant growing in region of northwest China,in which the content of procyanidins is found so far the highest levels of plants. In addition,it contains rich pigment composition. Pigment content determination, extraction technology, purification process and physical activity were summarized in this article. Finally,put forward the development and utilization of Lycium ruthenicum Murr, to better provide basis for the development and utilization of Lycium ruthenicum Murr pigment resources.
