中医正骨联合消痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Research of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion by the Treatment of Palasy Joint XiaoTong Powder

目的:研究和观察中医正骨联合消痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者112例,根据患者入院日期单双号数分为对照组52例和观察组60例,对照组患者接受中医正骨治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合使用消痛散,观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果和腰椎JOA评分。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者总有效率、腰椎JOA评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医正骨联合消痛散治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者腰部疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective.to study and observe the effect of palasy joint Xiaotong Powder treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods. collection of lumbar disc herniation in patients with a total of 112 cases, According to the date of patients admitted to hospital and odd number,all patients were divided into control group 52 cases and observation group of 60 cases, treatment of two groups of patients have efficiency and lumbar JOA score were observed and compared. Results. After the treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the observation group of patients with lumbar JOA score was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： in the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with bonesetting of traditional Chinese medicine combined dispelling pain treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect.
